We would like to point out that animal transports with PetAir can only be booked and paid for directly through us.

In the past, there have been cases of scammers listing PetAir as the alleged carrier of supposed animal transports. This involves deceptive ads on various platforms offering animals for sale or even as gifts.
The ads may look authentic and come with pictures and detailed information. On the invoice, PetAir is stated as the transport company, but with a false address.

Meet the claims of such vendors with great skepticism and check the details. If you find yourself in this situation, you are most likely a victim of fraud.
